- Cultivable land registered on the Bhu Bharati portal
- Holders of forest-rights (ROFR) land
- Tenant farmers and landless agricultural labourers (as per district scheme pages)

- Real-estate layouts, industrial land and fallow land
- People who are not residents of Telangana

Under Telangana’s Rythu Bharosa, farmers get ₹12,000 per acre a year, paid as ₹6,000 per acre for Kharif and Rabi each, with a ₹500 per quintal bonus for paddy. It replaced Rythu Bandhu. The scheme is for Telangana farmers only — Andhra Pradesh has different schemes.
Who does not get it?
No payment for land that cannot be cultivated, such as real-estate layouts, industrial zones and fallow land. If your land is not fully registered on the Bhu Bharati portal you may face problems. Holders of forest-rights (ROFR) land are eligible.
